Projects: "Flood Marker" for the River Festival, Nowra
Julie was commissioned to create a "Flood Marker" for Nowra's River Festival 2017.
Julie dressed the flood marker using textiles and painting on black canvas.
Julie also initiated a twig painting workshop for children which proved popular.
Photographs by David Gribble ACS were the basis for the panel featuring birds of the Shoalhaven.
